The management of my office is so called as training minded at this moment. See, for this particular month I have to enter 3 trainings as a participant, and 1 training as a trainer.
First Training is about Leadership, and James Gwee as a trainer was really briliant! The analogy, the way how he associated a complex thing into a very simple thing, is sooo amazing... Now I know that a manager is a person who MANAGE, and USE other people's hands to work for him/her. For ME! So, its not a sin to be bossy sometimes.. and it even a must to terminate the innefective staff.. hehe.. Then,refer to the definition, I am really a manager, coz i've been in that situation that have to fired 2 of my staff early this year. hehehe.. it was hard, but the result for sake of work & team work.. its so worthed..
The second one is technical training.. I have to trained about 50 people from 25 branches... This is the first time for me to do... and surprisingly, my boss said that it was very good, but still need improvement, and so he proposed me to get a 'training for the trainer'... another traning... hoho..
The third one is system.. gosh... headache headache... yes i need this training so much, but still hate it!.. kuliah biosistematika aja bersyukur bisa lewat...
The fourth one is business english... hehe.. yes, i have to improve my english ability...
So, we'll see what kinds of training that this company would provide me.. hehe..
